Pathfinder Personnel has issued an across the board thank you to agency staff for helping to deliver a massively successful 2015 cruise season.
One of the highlights for the agency, which supplies personnel to port terminal operators SCH and car parking and valet specialists Cruise and Passenger Services (CPS), was Southampton’s achievement in scoring some of the highest customer satisfaction scores from Royal Caribbean Cruise Line (RCCL) around the globe. RCCL based its new Anthem of the Seas cruise ship in Southampton during 2015.
Staff Services Director Davina McKay commented: “That is in no small way down to those who continue to support SCH Cruise Operations so we would like to thank each and every one of you for your unstinting support and hard work during the year.
“2016 will be as challenging as ever as we welcome the Navigator of the Seas for her inaugural Southampton season. We want to keep this successful team together and we would be delighted to welcome back as many of you as we possibly can.”
During the winter period, there are also opportunities for agency staff to work as lashers and car drivers on roll-on/roll-off ships, along with continuing opportunities with CPS valet car parking.
